Daily Remedy's Coconut Oil Recipes

Turmeric milk latte

2 cups unsweetened almond milk or full-fat canned coconut milk

1 tablespoon turmeric

1 tablespoon coconut oil

½ teaspoon vanilla

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon maple syrup or raw honey

dash of black pepper

Facial cleanser

• 1 cup coconut oil

• 1 tbsp baking soda

• 5 drops lavender essential oil and/or 5 drops frankincense essential oil and/or 5 drops lemon essential oil

• Glass jar

• (if acne prone, replace frankincense and lemon oils with 10 drops of tea tree essential oil)

Eczema Treatment

- 1 cup coconut oil

- 1 cup shea butter, cocoa butter, or mango butter (or a mix of all three)

- optional: essential oils of choice

- optional: 1 teaspoon vitamin E oil

Brain Boosting Smoothie Recipe

• 1–1¼ cups full-fat coconut milk

• ½ frozen avocado

• 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice (almond, cashew, etc).

• 1 tablespoon chia seeds, soaked in 3 tablespoons of water for 10 minutes

• 2 teaspoons cacao powder OR 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

• 1 tablespoon coconut oil

• 1 T Honey or maple syrup (optional)


• 1/2 cup coconut oil

• 1/2 cup baking soda (can omit and replace with arrowroot or cornstarch)

• 40-60 drops essential oils – (lavender, lemon, sage)


1. Combine coconut oil in a quart size glass mason jar with a lid and place this in a small saucepan of water until melted. This can also be done in the microwave if you have one.

2. Remove from heat and add baking soda or arrowroot/cornstarch

3. Mix well

4. Add essential oils and pour into a glass container for storage
